bbetb Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bbetb platform and its users. By registering at bbetb or using the platform, you confirm your acceptance of all provisions of these Terms.

bbetb is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and various entertainment gaming services.

If these Terms are prepared in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version will apply to Bangladeshi users. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

To open an account and play games on the bbetb platform, the following eligibility conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above.
• You must be a legal adult under the laws of Bangladesh and have your own legal capacity.
• You must place bets using your own personal funds — using another person's money or corporate funds is prohibited.
• You are not located in any country or area where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• You are registered as an active player — using any software bot or automated process is strictly prohibited.

The management of bbetb may request valid ID for age verification at any time. If documents are not provided within the specified time after such a request, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account at bbetb. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms. The following information is generally required at registration:

• Full name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Date of birth (to verify age of 21 or above)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Valid payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account)

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Allowing someone else to use your account or sharing your login details is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the bbetb support team immediately.

4.1 Deposits

The approved payment methods for depositing funds at bbetb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Deposited funds are generally processed quickly. Bank transfers may take a little longer. Deposits by any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Your identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal. bbetb reserves the right to review any withdrawal request for fraud prevention purposes.

4.3 Fees and Charges

bbetb does not impose any deposit or withdrawal fees of its own. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, which are entirely the responsibility of the user.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been completed.
• Each bonus has its own activation and expiry timeframe, which is clearly communicated at the time of the bonus offer.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• bbetb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus misuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered valid only after confirmation by the bbetb system. bbetb reserves the right to make the final decision regarding bets accepted due to technical issues.

6.2 Result Settlement

Sports betting results are determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting body (such as ICC, FIFA, BPL, IPL). If an event is cancelled or postponed, bbetb's betting policy will apply accordingly.

6.3 Incorrect Odds

bbetb reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to technical errors or data feed issues. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

The maximum payout for each bet is set and may vary depending on the odds and bet type. This limit may apply separately for single bets or combination bets.

All casino games available at bbetb — slots, live casino table games, fishing games, and others — are operated in a completely fair and transparent manner. Game results are entirely controlled by a random number generator (RNG).

7.1 Game Rules and Payouts

Each game has its own rules, payout structure, and gameplay features, which are described in detail in that game's information section. Please read the rules of each game carefully before playing.

7.2 Game Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding the result of a game round, the server log for that round will be considered final evidence. The result recorded in the game provider's system is final.

7.3 Game Providers

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbetb platform, and any violation may result in immediate account closure:

• Artificial Intelligence or Bots: Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human method.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to legitimise funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• System Exploitation: Taking advantage of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities, and playing games through fraudulent methods.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts or collecting bonuses by the same person.
• Account Sale: Selling, transferring, or renting one's account or access to it to a third party.
• False Information: Providing fake or incorrect information or documents during registration or the verification process.
• Collusion: Illegally coordinating with other players in live games.

9.1 Closure by bbetb

bbetb reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Failure or non-cooperation in identity verification
• Failure to meet age eligibility requirements
• In response to regulatory or legal demands

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. The valid balance in the account at the time of the request will be returned; however, bonus balance with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, bbetb may take action in accordance with its own policy. The relevant user will be notified in advance.
